CAN’T GET EXCITED ABOUT “SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR”? HERE’S A COOL REASON TO GO SEE IT IN A THEATER!

For whatever reason, there doesn’t seem to be a whole lot of buzz surrounding Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez’s upcoming SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR. Perhaps it’s been too long since the last film. It was, after all, 10 years ago. Here’s a cool little reason to go see the new SIN CITY flick in a theater though. Rumor has it that Quentin Tarantino will premiere a teaser trailer for his new movie, HATEFUL EIGHT exlusively with screenings of A DAME TO KILL FOR. Reportedly, the teaser will not be available online. I know, I know…It’s just a teaser trailer but this is a teaser for a Tarantino film! Interestingly enough, Tarantino hasn’t shot a lick of footage yet. HATEFUL EIGHT isn’t even slated to begin production until early next year. Which begs the question? What the hell will this teaser trailer consist of?! Will it just be titles and graphics, will it feature audio snippets, will it contain bits from the live screenplay reading Tarantino held in L.A. earlier this year? Who the hell knows? All I know is that I planned on going to see SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR on August 22nd anyway, and this mysterious teaser is simply a most welcome bonus. Whatever it is, I’m sure it’ll be creative.
