July 28th, 2024 | St. George, UT— The 501 (C )(3) nonprofit, The Film and Media Alliance of Southern Utah, has announced that early bird All-Access Fright Passes for the 2024 HorrorFest International Film Festival are currently on sale. If you purchase an All-Access Fright Pass before September 14th, you’ll get it at a steal of a price of $99. All-Access Fright Passes are limited and it should be noted that if any of these passes remain following the early bird sale, they will jump to $125 in price starting on September 15th so don’t wait to purchase. Your HorrorFest International All-Access Fright Pass will include all screenings and events. Additionally, it will include an exclusive swag bag. The HorrorFest International Film Festival will run from Wednesday, October 16th thru Saturday, October 19th at the historic Electric Theater in beautiful St. George, UT. This long-running festival–which began as a horror retrospective showcase way back in 2002–will not only provide grand Halloween-inspired entertainment for attendees in a live, in-person theatrical setting, but it will also provide a big screen platform for filmmakers from all over the globe. In addition to genre films–features and shorts–from all over the world, the spine-tingling 4-day spooktacular that is HorrorFest International will also include filmmaker Q&As, industry panels, photo ops, special guests, a live script read, food, an after party, an awards ceremony, and more. It should also be noted that Southern Utah is a breathtaking scenic area. Translation; Attendees are encouraged to explore the beautiful sights once the festival comes to a close.

The 2024 HorrorFest International Film Festival Official selections will be revealed in mid-September with the full schedule slated to drop shortly thereafter. Past HorrorFest International Film Fest titles have included; “Onyx the Fortuitous and the Talisman of Souls,” “The Coffee Table,” “Where the Devil Roams,” “The Becomers,” “The Weird Kidz,” “Hellbender,” “You’re Dead Helen,” “Deadstream,” “Bunker,” “Red Light,” “Milk,” and “Antique” just to name a precious few. HorrorFest International special guests have included Ted Raimi (“Red Light”), The Adams Family (“Hellbender”), Joseph and Vanessa Winter (“Deadstream”), Colin Cunningham (“Centigrade”), Frank Dietz (“I Hate Kids”), and Matthew Fackrell (“Who Goes There.”) Additionally, each year at HorrorFest, programmers host a screening of a noteworthy title of yesteryear. Past gems have included “The Blob” (1988), “The Howling,” “Prince of Darkness,” “A Nightmare on Elm Street” and more.
