“INNOVATIVE!”

What can I say? I loved THE FINAL GIRLS! And I’m not just saying that because we’re quoted in this immensely entertaining trailer. Our crew has been talking this movie up since we were fortunate enough see an early screening at The Stanley Film Festival back in April. You can read our glowing REVIEW HERE.
I hate to use the term “meta” when describing Todd Strauss-Schulson’s affectionate–and very funny–wink at slasher films, because I know that word rubs some folks the wrong way. So, I’ll use the word “innovative” instead.
If you’re a fan of the slasher genre, you’re sure to grin from ear to ear throughout this picture but even if slasher movies aren’t your bag, I’m still fairly certain you’re going to get a kick out of this wildly creative movie.
Final note: If you’re a hardcore horror film lover, don’t let the PG-13 rating scare you away from seeing this entertaining flick. Trust me when I tell you, the rating is irrelevant. This movie is a joy from beginning to end and I can’t wait to see it again.
