The trailer for VACATION just dropped and it’s pretty damn funny. Crude, but funny. It should be noted that this is a redband trailer so don’t watch it at work and don’t watch it with the kids around. I saw a slightly extended version of this clip at CinemaCon last month, and it made me laugh…A lot!
In this latest VACATION movie, Clark Griswold’s now grown son Rusty (played by Ed Helms) decides to re-connect with his youth by taking his own family on a road trip. Their destination; Wally World! Yep. That’s right. Back to where it all started.
Quite obviously, this VACATION is R-rated (as was the first picture), and it looks to be taking on a sort of self referencing vibe. Kind of like 21 JUMP STREET. It’s certainly a sequel, but it takes elements we all love from the original and puts a nice little spin on them.
VACATION also stars Chevy Chase, Beverly D’Angelo, Christina Applegate, Leslie Mann, and a hilarious, scene stealing Chris Hemsworth who looks to be blinding audiences with much more than just a six-pack.
